Red and Knotty is a great cabin getaway!
Three bedrooms (one is a loft) with one full bath, a spacious deck with hot tub and charcoal barbecue, high-speed internet, wood burning fireplace, cable TVs, VCR, DVD, phone, fenced yard and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Within walking distance to the lake, Alpine Slide and Snow Play, shops, restaurants, and The Village. Sleeps 6. Parking for 2 vehicles. The bathroom was remodeled in December 2008. Bedroom one has a double bed, cable TV, VCR, and deck. Bedroom two has a double bed. The loft area has a double bed and two twin beds. Red and Knotty comes with fresh towels and beds are made up and ready for you with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets. Our professional cleaning crew has home clean and ready for you before your visit and does the cleaning for you after your stay. Small dogs are allowed at this property for an additional fee. No indoor smoking is permitted.
Terms and Conditions
*Check-in anytime after 3PM.
*Check-out anytime prior to Noon.
* Each booking will be charged a $59 cleaning fee and Big Bear Lake's 7% Transient Occupancy Tax.
* A refundable deposit of $99 will be collected at time of booking, to be used for any incidental charges for damage, spa abuse or extra cleaning if necessary. It will be returned within a week of check out.
* Reservation not guaranteed until full payment is received via PayPal.
* Although reservations are fully prepaid, cancellations are allowed if
cabin can be re-rebooked.
* Small dogs (less than 25 lbs) are allowed at this property for an additional fee of $50.
